THE ROYAL DANISH THEATRE

   Orchestra Audition:
   BASSONIST WITH OBLIGATION TO CONTRABASSOON
   On Thursday 29th of April 2010 an audition is scheduled for a position in the
   Royal Danish

   The vacancy is to be filled as per 1st of August 2010 or according to
   agreement. 

   The audition pieces to be played are as follows: 1. W.A. Mozart:
   Bassoon-Concerto in Bb KV 191, 1. Movement (with Ca-denza) and
   2. Movement (without Cadenza) Orchestral Excerpts for Contrabassoon
   2. C.M. von Weber: Bassoon-Concerto in F-major op. 75, 1. Movement
   Orchestral Excerpts for Bassoon 

   3. Orchestral Excerpts for Bassoon and Contrabassoon 

   All Orchestral Excerpts can be downloaded on here approx. 3 weeks
   before the Audition

   Employment will be according to the collective agreement between the Royal
   Danish Orchestra and CO II.
   The first year of employment is on a trial basis and may be cancelled subject
   to one month's mutual notice.

   The Royal Theatre reserves the right to select and invite applicants for the
   audition. The salary is fixed by seniority and ranges from DKK 24.718,00
   up to DKK 34.068,17 per month (level 01.10.2009). If the seniority is less
   than 6 years, a supplement of DKK 2.148,49 per month is granted.
   Furthermore, a supplement of 3.248,76 (level 01.10.2009) is granted. 

   For applicants outside the EU countries it is a precondition that at the time
   of  employment the applicant has arranged for work- and residence permit in
   Denmark.
